MASKS must be worn by myself and clients at ALL times. When face down you may remove your mask as there will be a safety pillowcase hammock hanging from the face cradle. This device acts as a more comfortable mask when you are face down.
Only 30, 45 & 60 minute massages are available at this time.
If you are a NEW client you must fill out an intake form and return it prior to your appointment. You may download this intake form by clicking on “Menu.” Then go to “Paperwork.” After downloading please fill it out and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 1 day before your appointment. I will call you the day before your appointment as well.

I will check in with ALL clients the day before your scheduled appointment by phone.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure enough time for a verbal intake. I no longer have “wiggle room” if you are running late. ☹
The waiting area is closed. Therefore, text or call when you arrive in the parking lot. Remain in your car until I communicate that I’m ready for you to come up to the office. Also, my apologies, friends and family are no longer permitted to wait in the office.
Temperatures will be taken at the door with an Infrared thermometer. We will have to cancel if you have a temperature of 100 degrees or more. I’ll take my temp before every shift and throughout the day as well.
Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms. Cancellation fees are waived.
Symptoms included but are not limited to: fever, chills, body aches, fatigue, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and new loss of taste or smell .
“Yours truly” might look a little different in the massage too. I will of course be wearing my mask and safety goggles. I’ll also be wearing scrubs which I will change into and out of at the office. I will don a fresh clean apron with each client.
During the massage, I will encourage minimal talking especially when face up. (For those of you who like to chat I know this might be a little tough, especially since we haven’t seen each other for a while!) ☹
If you have traveled to Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North or South Carolina, Washington, Utah or Texas I cannot work with you until 2 weeks time has passed since your return.
I encourage all clients to add a credit card on file! This new option is safe and secure through the online scheduling app, Schedulicity. I can add it any time over the phone or at your scheduled appointment. This allows a “contact- free” payment!
I encourage you to re-book outside of the office by sending me a text, email or phone call. You can even text me as soon as you get to your car! These new protocols will lesson exposure in the waiting room and allow me plenty of time to prepare for the next client.
The water dispenser is off limits to clientele, but I will happily get you a glass at anytime!
I promise to sanitize anything and everything after each client including all doorknobs, counters, all lotion, oil and sanitation bottles, chairs, massage table, face cradle, thermometer, light switches, pens … etc
